We ship custom promotional products to customers in the European Union and other destinations we list at checkout.
1. Production time
Most items are made to order. Production usually starts after you approve the free digital proof and payment is confirmed. Lead times shown on product pages are estimates in calendar days unless stated otherwise.
2. Delivery
We aim to provide free or promotional shipping offers as shown at checkout. Transit times vary by destination and carrier.
3. Cross-border import VAT and duties
We are a non-EU seller. Depending on the destination country, order value, and customs rules, import VAT, duties, or handling fees may apply when goods enter your country. Responsibility for such charges follows the rules of the destination country and the shipping terms of your order. If charges apply, they are typically collected by the carrier or customs—not always shown as a tax line in our checkout (checkout tax may show as €0.00 in this phase).
