1. Custom / personalised products (most orders)

Because we manufacture to your artwork, configuration, and approved proof, custom and clearly personalised goods are generally excluded from the EU 14-day withdrawal right. We cannot accept returns of correctly made custom items for change of mind.

2. When withdrawal may apply

If you ordered a non-personalised standard item (rare on this site) and EU withdrawal rules apply, you may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Contact us before returning anything.

3. Defects, damage, or our error

If items arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved proof due to our mistake:

• We will arrange replacement, remake, or refund as appropriate
